Technical Support Representative


Cloud 9 Software is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our expanding team working in-house at our Kennesaw, GA location. Our representatives work with clients to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve support requests as well as provide application assistance over the phone, via remote connection or through email.  The ideal candidate should be service-oriented, highly focused, and a motivated self-learner with professional communication skills.


  • Establish a strong rapport with clients while providing the appropriate technical and product information.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the Cloud 9 programs as the features grow in number and complexity.
  • Participate in scheduled testing of all new features and changes to the software including communication with the development team.
  • Log all support issues and requests.

Minimum Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in customer service, preferably in a technology-based call center.
  • Experience communicating complicated concepts and training clients how to use the software.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient with PCs and Macs, plus a working knowledge of computer troubleshooting, peripheral devices, software installation, and software troubleshooting.

Preferred Experience Requirements:

  • MCSA Certification (Provide Key Technology) or Equivalent
  • Windows OS (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10)
  • SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008 R2, or 2012, 2016 (Any SQL knowledge)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Dental or Pediatric Dentistry software and industry knowledge
  • Familiarity with Digital X-ray software and machinery by way of daily use as an end user or technical support in a dental specialty (Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, or Orthognathic) environment.
  • Familiarity with clinical terminology for Cephalometric hard and soft tissue

Marketing Communications

We are seeking a talented candidate for an internal marketing communications position.  In this position, the role will include the coordination of all corporate, sales, and marketing communications projects.


  • Assist and deploy day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects
  • Organizing the production of branded items such as sales literature, postcards, customer materials and more
  • Producing marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures, and exhibition-related projects
  • Tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
  • Assist with the production of artwork, images, ad buying, and checking copy
  • Produce clear and concise written content; sales literature, blogs, emails, letters, articles, etc.
  • Manage/own social media marketing plan
  • Manage, coordinate, and research tradeshows and related activities


  • College graduate or equivalent experience
  • Experience, 3-5 years in a similar marketing communications role
  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Well organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Manage multiple projects at a time

Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will identify opportunities by developing new prospects and interacting with potential customers to increase interest and qualify leads for the Outside Sales team. A BDR will have a keen understanding of Cloud 9’s service offerings and the ability to communicate our value.


  • Prospect and build sales opportunities for the Outside Sales team via outbound calls, email communications, and other direct marketing methods.
  • Qualify sales leads and drive leads by initiating or scheduling with the Outside Sales team.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly phone and email communication goals.
  • Consistently log and record each-and-every completed activity in the company’s CRM system.
  • Contact and initiate an introduction via phone call and email to pre-show attendees prior to event.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine potential.
  • Expedites and clearly communicates problems and complaints.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy as assigned.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends in the market.
  • May participate in trade shows and conventions. (overnight travel may be required)


  • Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting
  • Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team
  • Strong Internet research skills required
